How we look after your messages, your visits to this site, and cookies.
Sunny Day Charters sails from Nanny Cay, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. If you have any question about your details, just get in touch: [email protected] · WhatsApp +1 307-381-8011.
When you inquire we keep the name, dates, party size, and notes you send — by form, email, or WhatsApp — so we can plan your trip and check that a boat is free. We never sell your details.
Google Analytics may set its own cookies to count which pages are visited. Our website host (Netlify) and Cloudflare, which helps deliver the site quickly, may set a small technical cookie needed to show you the page.
When you send an inquiry form, it passes through Netlify (our website host) and then to us. WhatsApp messages stay in that thread. We keep your trip details long enough to look after your charter and any follow-up the next season, then delete what we no longer need.
Some day trips we recommend on Experiences open a booking page on another website. That website's own terms apply once you leave this site. Google, Netlify, Cloudflare, and WhatsApp process data under their own policies when you use those tools.
Email James any time to see or correct the details we have for you. This page is a short, plain-English notice for our guests.
